Residential development: this activity covers the whole residential development process from origination through to delivery. The 4 key stages comprise “pre-planning”, “pre-development”, “project management” and, finally, the “sales and marketing stage” .
Asset ownership: through Pinnacle Spaces, our Registered Provider of Affordable Homes regulated by the UK Government, we are committed to finding new and innovative ways of funding the delivery of UK Affordable Housing without any reliance on Government Subsidy.
Our investment activities are focused on land acquisition and assembly, as well as the structuring of innovative funding solutions and ongoing investment monitoring and reporting.
Our development activities inform our investment strategy. From project origination we undertake detailed site appraisals, secure planning consent, manage construction and sales risks and oversee sales and marketing outcomes.
Our asset ownership duties include strict adherence to Government’s regulations relating to the ownership of Affordable Housing including regular performance reporting and financial stress testing. It also includes the procurement of Management and Maintenance services from other parts of the Pinnacle Group businesses and the on-going monitoring of service delivery.
