Our Oval Quarter development (www.ovalquarter.com) of 357 homes for sale in Lambeth is an excellent example of successful 50/50 Joint Venture Partnership between Pinnacle Group and Higgins Homes. Through their construction arm, Higgins have also built the homes and through our own Mixed Tenure arm we provide the Block Management services. The Joint Venture Company has a contractual responsibility to the local authority to deliver the homes in exchange for land transfer at the pre-agreed price.
