Chris Turnbull

Chris Turnbull

Managing Director

Chris joined Pinnacle in 2008. Since joining the business he has become an influential member of the management team directly supporting the work of the Managing Director, in developing Pinnacle Regen’s business interests. Chris leads on property investment, financial modelling and development appraisals and also managing exposure to market risk and accordingly in project identification, structuring and funding.

Chris has worked on a number of large scale urban regeneration and development projects including Oval Quarter (Myatt’s Field North PFI), Inspiral Developments Oldham (Gateways to Oldham PFI) and Greenwich Peninsula. He has been heavily involved in the transaction of each of these deals with a focus on commercial viability, legal framework and funding structure. He now leads on delivering these projects from financial appraisal through to developing the sales and marketing strategy.


Dean Aggett

Associate Director

Dean has worked for Pinnacle Regen since 2008 and is an experienced built environment professional and an accomplished project manager with a broad spectrum of development and regeneration experience in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for managing Pinnacle’s masterplanning, design and development approach. He was previously dedicated to working on our large scale PPP projects in the North-West and Yorkshire and is now leading on our large scale development work in Woking and Manchester and delivering opportunities through the London, South East and Midlands Development Partner Panels (DPPII).

Dean has a passion for creating quality places and spaces and has previously acted as an advisor and representative of the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE).

Chris Le May

Chris Le May

Design and Development Manager

Chris is a Design and Development Manager with over 15 years’ professional experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large scale mixed use regeneration and development projects, within both the public and private sector. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Compulsory Purchase Association.

Chris joined Pinnacle Regen in 2013 having previously worked with Regenter. He has a strong technical background in public sector procurement, site assembly, planning, and design. This is coupled with extensive experience of the political, governance, commercial and stakeholder management necessary to deliver successful regeneration schemes.


James Dingwall

Associate Director

James has considerable deal making experience, negotiating with a myriad of stakeholders, including landowners, tenants, Councils and public bodies to unlock complex sites. For Pinnacle Regen, James is currently creating deal structures which ensure deliverable and viable, while meeting the wide-ranging requirements of both landowners and joint venture partners.


James has wide ranging experiencing of the planning and development processes across both the residential and commercial sectors. He was previously employed at regeneration specialists Groveworld, where he led the company’s new business strategy, identifying development opportunities, running site capacity exercises and ultimately contracting with vendors.


While at Network Rail and Solum Regeneration, James gained invaluable experience of land assembly, purchase, sale and planning processes. James is a Chartered Surveyor (Planning and Development specialism).


Andrew Wilson

Investment Associate

Andrew is an Investment and Development Associate at Pinnacle, having previously worked at CR Investment Management. He worked across the direct investments team, appraising and monitoring acquisitions as well as within the finance team helping to underwrite transactions across the capital stack and across a variety of asset classes. Andrew also holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.

With his experience in investment management, financial modelling and monitoring, Andrew supports in appraising development and investment opportunities, reporting performance metrics, as well as aiding in the procurement of 3rd party financing and structuring.
