Phil Clark, Non-Executive Chairman
Phil joined Pinnacle Investments in 2021 as Chairman having built multiple institutional investment businesses in the US, Europe and Asia over the previous 37 years.
His experience is drawn from executive responsibility for global investment teams with $17bn assets under management across different investment strategies in UK, US, Europe and Asia, covering listed, non-listed and direct investment strategies including residential, commercial, regeneration, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Christopher Turnbull, Managing Director
Prior to forming Pinnacle Investments, Christopher was Managing Director of Pinnacle Regen and a member of Pinnacle Group’s executive committee. Christopher oversaw Pinnacle Group’s regeneration and investment activities and has been involved in projects with a cumulative value in excess of £5bn.
Christopher holds a BSc Investment and Finance of Property from the University of Reading.
Andrew Saunders FCA, finance Director
Andrew is Finance Director for Pinnacle Investments and formerly Group Finance and Resources Director at Pinnacle Group, Pinnacle Investments’ affiliated business. Andrew chaired the £100m 1,000 home regeneration project at Myatt’s Field North, Lambeth for five years and brings a wealth of corporate and operational knowledge and experience.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a holder of the Institute’s Corporate Finance qualification (CF) having spent six years as an M&A and Private Equity advisor.
James Dingwall MRICS, Director
James is Development Director for Pinnacle Investments, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our Development projects. With 10 years’ experience in development, James has worked on a variety of complex mixed-use projects for Network Rail and Solum Regeneration, residential specialists Groveworld and recently Pinnacle Group.
James is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc Real Estate and MSc in Planning and Development from the University of Reading.
Ben Lewis, Director
Ben is the Operations Director for Pinnacle Investments and oversees the execution of the business plans, working closely with our management partners.
Ben holds an MA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
